As a level 4 qualified S & C Coach Abs is a physical performance professional offering programmes & sessions designed specifically to improve & enhance the performance of athletes & sports teams, Through a combination of strength training, aerobic /anaerobic conditioning & plyo techniques alongside sport specific movement mechanics & injury prevention focus Abs will work with individuals & teams to achieve their sporting best.
Abs is a qualified adult & youth S&C coach with experience in working with teams & individuals involved in swimming, netball, football, rugby, equestrians & marathon running of all ages.

I’m Abs. Since I can remember physical movement has played such a large role in my life. Through largely dance and sport I soon realised that when I was moving I found my Happy Place.
I continued to engage in all sorts of various physical activities throughout my life. My career however took me to a very different world where the time to dance, train or even engage in basic physical activity became hard to find and once I became mother to my three boys nigh on impossible.
I increasingly became aware that whilst the time to move had disappeared my need to do so was overwhelming, so I did what I needed to to reach my Happy Place once more and “when the going gets tough......the tough get moving”. I made time to engage in all sorts of classes, to run or walk, yoga, spinning you name it I did it around the family until I realised that if I could gain strength not only physically but more importantly mentally from physical movement and felt this passionately about it then maybe I could help others to do the same.
I now run my own fitness coaching business with private gym. I am a qualified PT and high level Strength & Conditioning coach as well as a Sports Massage Therapist.
Every individual is different and just needs to find the type of movement that works for them so I draw upon my knowledge, experience and training spanning from Classical Ballet right through to Olympic Power Lifting to help people discover their physical Happy Place one training session at a time.
